Acceptance

By using paydayoneloans.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms apply to every visit and every request submitted through the site.

What this service is

Payday One Loans is an advertising referral service. We forward loan inquiries to independent participating lenders, which may pay us for advertising and lead generation. We are not a lender, loan broker, or agent of any lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that any request will be accepted or that any offer will match the terms described in our editorial content.

Loan offers are the lender's

Any offer you receive comes solely from an independent lender under its own terms, pricing, and governing law. We do not see your full loan terms and cannot answer questions about a specific loan — direct all questions about rates, charges, renewal, payment schedules, or missed payments to the lender that issued the offer. Availability of loan products is limited by state law, and the service is unavailable to residents of Arkansas, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and West Virginia.

Acceptable use

No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep statutory figures and fee examples current, but lending laws change and individual lender terms vary; nothing on the site is legal or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any loan you obtain from a third party.

Compensation

We may receive compensation from lenders or lending partners when you submit a request or take a loan through the site. Compensation never changes the price you are offered.

Intellectual property

The site's name, design, text, and code are the property of the operator or its licensors. Statutory and regulatory references remain the property of their respective governments.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict- of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually — by arbitration or small-claims court where permitted — and not as part of a class action.
