Who we are
Payday One Loans ("we", "us") operates paydayoneloans.com. We are an advertising referral service — not a lender, loan broker, or agent of any lender. Our postal address is 405 North King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801; editorial corrections go to corrections@paydayoneloans.com.
What we collect
- Request details you type: email address, name, and the loan amount you select on the request form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through server logs and analytics cookies.
- Anything you send us directly by email, such as a correction or complaint.
How we use it
Request details are forwarded to participating lenders or lending partners in our network so they can present loan offers to you. Technical data is used to operate the site, measure traffic, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your information in the conventional sense; the forwarding of request details to lenders is the service itself and is disclosed on the form you submit.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for traffic measurement and to remember form context as you move between pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains readable without them, though the request form may not function.
Third parties
In addition to lending partners, we use embedded third-party services (fonts, analytics, and the application widget) that may set their own cookies and observe your interaction with the page. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
- Access and deletion: email corrections@paydayoneloans.com to request the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it, subject to log-retention obligations.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell personal information as that law defines "sale". You may request disclosure of the categories of information collected and ask for deletion using the email above.
- Opt-out of lender contact: once your request is with a lender, that lender's own privacy policy governs further contact; direct opt-outs to the lender.
Security and retention
Submissions travel over TLS encryption. We retain request-related records only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Children
The site is directed to adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We will post any revision on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes that affect how lenders receive your information will be flagged on the form itself.
